Burglary in Oaksmere Appleton
24th August 2010: Sometime between the hours of 11:00 and 19:00 on Monday 23rd August 2010 a property in Appleton, Abingdon was burgled.
Appleton Market is moving!
From September 2010 Appleton Market will be held at The Plough. This change has been necessary because some of the larger producers have found our market unprofitable and stopped coming.
Parish Clerk Required
It is with sadness that we announce that Jane Dymock has resigned from her post as Parish Clerk. After many years service to the parish Jane has taken the Clerk's job at Radley.
