12/5 Standing orders and internal controls: To review and approve
12/6 Dates of future meetings: To agree for Parish Council Meetings to occur on second Monday except if there is a Bank Holiday and for Leisure and Recreation Committee meetings every Monday, on the week following the Parish Council Meeting in June, September, December and March.
12/7 Apologies for absence: To receive apologies for absence.
12/8 Declarations of Interest: In accordance with the Local Government Act 2000, s81 and the Parish Councils (Model code of Conduct) Order 2001, members are asked to declare any personal interest and the nature of that interest which they may have in any of the items under consideration at this meeting (Please refer to the notes at the end of agenda).
12/9 Public questions and statements: Time is available for the public to express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the following agenda. The public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting. Members of the public wishing to speak should notify the Clerk in advance. Time given in total is 10 minutes.

12/12 Accounts to 31.3.2012: Council to review and approve the accounts and for submission of return to Internal Auditor for examination.
12/13 Sign near Zig zag: To ask County Councillor Mr Anthony Gearing if OCC can provide a sign to say that parking on zig zag is allowed outside school hours.
12/14 Use of traffic cones: To ask PC Carl Bryant or PCSO Lisa Prime about the use of traffic cones (this will be done at the next NAG meeting). 12/1512/18 Gigaclear: To receive any updates and consider any actions required.

12/22 Matters for report: To raise matters for discussion without decision or items for next meeting.
12/23 Date of the next meeting: To decide the next meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 11 June 2012 at 7.15 pm in the Village Hall.(i) Any councilor arriving after the start of the meeting is asked to declare personal interests as necessary as soon as practicable after their arrival even if the item in question has been considered;
(ii) If a councillor has a prejudicial interest in a matter being discussed at the meeting they must declare this as soon as that interest becomes apparent to them. They should then leave the room, unless members of the public are allowed to make representations, give evidence or answer questions about the matter, by statutory right or otherwise. They must immediately leave the room once they have finished or when the meeting decides that they have finished (if that is earlier). They cannot remain in the room to observe the vote on the matter.
(iii) It is not practical to offer detailed advice during the meeting on whether or not a personal interest should be declared, or whether a personal interest should also be regarded as prejudicial.
