9th Abingdon Scout Group 2012 AGM

9th ABINGDON ( APPLETON) SCOUT GROUP AGM

TUESDAY, 26th JUNE - 8.30pm,

THE PLOUGH, APPLETON

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the 9th Abingdon (Appleton) Scout Group which will be held at The Plough, Appleton on Tuesday 26th June at 8.30pm.

Everyone (whether connected to the group or not) is welcome to attend this meeting where we will discuss any issues, finances and the general running of the Group. We will also elect the Committee for the coming year, and we would actively like to encourage new members to join the committee to input new ideas and help in the running of the pack.

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone you know to serve as Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, or other officer of the committee then please let Corinne or one of the leaders know. We also need ordinary members to represent the group, particularly parents of members from all sections. If you are unable to make this date but would like to support at future meeting please also let us know. The Committee usually meets about once a term.

We have very active Cubs & Beavers sections in Appleton, with both sections currently full (and with a waiting list)
