Cricket Club

Cricket Club logo

The Appleton Cricket Club has been playing cricket for over 100 years and has been based at the Appleton Sportsfield since the facility was commissioned in 1966. Playing friendly Sunday cricket through the summer season, the club has a reputation for encouraging villagers and, in particular, youngsters, to play cricket. It is claimed we play cricket in the true spirit of the game and we aim to enjoy each playing experience! Yes: we like to win – but fairly and with both teams happy with whatever the result.

Appleton Cricket Club regularly sends information to members by email. If you would like to ensure you are on the email listing please send an email to the following address subscribe@appletoncricketclub.org.uk with a subject heading of “SUBSCRIBE news@appletoncricketclub.org.uk". This ensures you are kept up-to-date with messages throughout the season..

For all cricketing accessories go to TopSport website detailed web site.
