Link to the website Fix my Street which, when a post code is identified, shows the location and asks for a catergory (Abandoned vehicles, Car parking, Dog fouling, Fly posting, Fly tipping, Graffiti, Parks/ Landscapes, Pavements/ Footpaths, Potholes, Rights of Way, Public toilets, Road traffic signes, Roads/ Highways, Rubbish (refuse/ recycling), Street cleaning, Steet lighting, Traffic signs, Trees ... Others) and your report will automatically be sent to the local authority concerned.
