Nordic Walking

Tuesday 11 January 2011, 12pm: A Nordic Walking Taster session. The session will be taking place at Westminster Sports Centre, North Hinksey. An opportunity for you to be introduced to the basics, get the poles on your wrists and have a walk! Session lasts for approx. 45 mins including pole set up, warm up and cool down. FREE. Poles provided.

Tuesdays 18 January - 8 February 2011, 12pm, Westminster Sports Centre, North Hinksey “Learn to Nordic Walk” A 4-week technique courses: sessions lasts for approx. 1 hour. Each session focuses on the specific elements of Nordic Walking technique. Following the course you will receive a NW Certificate of Competence Card enabling you to continue walking on a variety of walks. £15 for 4 week course. Poles provided.
