AGENDA
 

1.    Public questions and statements: This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the council at the discretion of the chairman. There will be a 5 minute limit on each public statement. 

2.   Apologies for absence: To receive apologies for absence.

3.   Declarations of Interest: To receive declarations of interest from councillors relating to items to be considered at the meeting – in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000, s81 and the Parish Councils (Model code of Conduct)  Order 2001.

4.   Minutes of the last meeting: To authorise the signing of the minutes of the 4th January meeting as a true record.

5.   Election of vice-chairman: To elect a vice-chairman.

6.   New Councillor: To discuss an election, if one has been requested or otherwise the co-option of a new councillor.

7.   Committees and working groups:

To clarify committee responsibilities. To agree the responsibilities of councillors in relation to committees.     

8.   Matters arising from the 4th January meeting and not appearing elsewhere on the agenda:
