Teresa and Richard complete Coast to Coast
Brother and Sister Challenge. Mission Completed - on the 6th August 2010 Richard and I completed our Coast to Coast walk, taking 12.5 days to complete the 190 mile walk. We started on the west coast at St. Bees and ended in Robin Hoods Bay on the east side having dipped our boots in both the Irish and North sea. On average we walked between 15 - 27 miles a day which doesn't sound much on its own but walking continuously over a period of 12 days did prove to be challenging on a number of occasions. Wootton and Bassett (our friendly H4H mascots) made a great support team and helped us raise the grand total of £1,400 for our charity Help for Heroes. A massive thank thank you to all of you who sponsored us helping to make a difference for our 2010 heroes. Teresa & Richard Griffiths
