Chairman of Vale of White Horse Community Awards
"Unsung Heroes of the Vale"
The Chairman of the Vale of White Horse, Cllr Alison Rooke, is seeking nominations for the "Unsung Heroes of the Vale" Award.
If you know of anyone that you feel should be recognised for their achievements in the local community, please complete the attached form. Please click on the link to view or download the file. Unsung Heroes form
Nominations can be for anyone who lives within the Vale and you feel is worthy of recognition for their contribution to the Vale’s community; either on a personal level or as part of a group.
There will be an Awards lunch in the Abingdon Guildhall on 6th March 2010
